Our football season has almost come to a close for 2014 with only 2 cup games down for decision this coming Saturday; both of which were deferred from last weekend. Our u13’s play Knocknacarra at home at 12.30 while our u17/18’s are away to Corrib Celtic in Annaghdown also 12.30 KO. So it is a fitting time for our officer board and club committee to thank all players, team managers, members, supporters, parents and sponsors who have contributed to the club in so many ways throughout the past year and thus helped to enhance and enrich our club. It’s been a great year both on and off the field with the hugely successful 10k and Footgolf tournament notable contributors. Christmas is the most magical time of the year for everyone. The warmth and love surrounding Christmas is a joy to be savored with family, friends and clubmates. Here’s wishing you the best the Christmas season has to offer as we look forward to continuing our football action in the new year. A happy and peaceful Christmas to all our readers and supporters and every good wish for a happy, healthy and prosperous new year. Check in with our website for resumption dates and fixtures for all teams in January. Happy Christmas to all… Another gentle reminder for volunteers for Ballymac disco this Saturday. Please contact club secretary if you can oblige. This is the first of 3 discos over the festive season so the more volunteers the better!!
