Colemanstown United confirms that the club’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday 31st May at 8.15pm in the clubhouse. The AGM is open to members of the club, players (new & old), management & supporters and indeed anyone that would like to get involved in the day-to-day running of our club is more than welcome.
Any motions should be in writing with the club secretary before Friday 26th May 2017. Motions must be signed by a proposer and a seconder and are acceptable by email to colemanstown@galwayfa.ie. A presentation on the accounts for the year 2016/17 will be made by the club’s treasurer. The Secretary’s report will be circulated in advance.
The 2017/18 Executive Committee will be elected on the night while membership fees for the forthcoming season will be set. Nominations for election of members as club officers will be made at the AGM by a proposer and seconder.
